Trinity Catholic Academy Dedicates School Library
(October 16, 2009) The family of the late Dorothy Mancini of Brockton was honored at the dedication ceremony of the Trinity Catholic Academy library. Mrs. Mancini was a strong advocate for reading and volunteered for many years in the St. Colman School Library in Brockton, now home to the Upper Campus of Trinity Catholic Academy. In tribute of her love of reading and devotion to children, the Mancini Family generously donated the funds to support the libraries of Trinity Catholic Academy. The dedication ceremony was led by eighth grade students: Veronica Martins, Jerry Badio, Alisha Dorilas, Jeffrey Persumey, Sara Gagnon, Joe Gobbi, Daniel Benvie, Molly Curtin, Liana Doherty, Amira Hardaway and Gloria Williams. Fifth grader soloist Jezson Laurant concluded the ceremony with Amazing Grace.
