The first annual Trinity Catholic Academy Golf Classic held on Monday June 29, 2009 at Thorny Lea Golf Club was a huge success. The TCA Golf Classic Committee: Jim D'Ambrose, Jean D'Ambrose, Lisa Mather, Fred Mather, Elvan Merian, Paul Merian, Sean Noonan, 
Kelli O'Brien McKinnon, Bob Sullivan and Jodi Zine's efforts were evident in the great day and evening had by all.
The winner of the golf tournament with a score of 57 was Trinity Catholic Academy Board of Trustee member Tom Nunan and his foursome: Jim Sullivan, Zach McArthur and George Morelli.
A special thank you to Mr. Jim Fagan of Shields Health Care Group, our auctioneer for the evening; Maria Luizzi Sullivan, our event photographer, Dan Glatthorn, manager of Thorny Lea Golf Club; Peter Norton, Thorny Lea Golf Club's PGA Professional; and all the staff at Thorny Lea who made our first event a great experience.
